Mens sana in corpore sano = a healthy mind resides in a healthy body.

It is important to keep moving and to eat healthy. Why?

The Latin quote says it all.


In a healthy body there is a healthy mind and we need the healthy mind more than ever at the moment. It is really tiring to constantly change or postpone our plans.


And we also need love and support.


People who stand by us, motivate us, but also hold, love and accept us for who we are.

How are we at the moment? Annoyed, worried, bored, depressed, lost, sad, scared, etc ...

We all need a long breath to survive this pandemic situation and that demands strength and energy from us.


Life is like a deep exhale of the past and like a deep inhale of the present moment to have enough breath for the future.

So don't give up and take care of your body and mind.


Train your muscles. The training will lubricate your joints and massage your fasciae. Your hormonal balance will normalize and you will feel completely comfortable in your skin.

The mind is freed of unnecessary things and everything becomes more meaningful again. The confidence returns and you are strengthened for everything that is still waiting for you.
