Time to reflect.


What has happened in your 2020?

What has changed?


Yes, I mean due to the pandemic, but also in general.

Write down everything that is different now and what is not.


Scold, cry, laugh, scream, but let it out. Let out your anger and frustration on paper or talk to someone about it, and talk about the good things too.


Divide everything into positive and negative. Or better in frustrating and inspiring!


Illuminate both sides, the good and the bad.


Then take your time to read through your list and assign a thumbs up or down to the various things like:


Home office is frustrating and gets a thumbs down because I don't have any peace and quiet at home and I miss my colleagues and our lunch breaks together, etc.


But:


The positive thing about it is that I don't have to drive there and be stuck in traffic -

I have more time in the morning for ...... and that gets a thumbs up because it inspires me to do....

So you can go through your past year and maybe you realize that a lot more things (than you've thought) turn out to be something positive.


Things that don't get good grades have failed and can go! :)


How liberating. Aaaaaaaah ....
