Spring Fever

Spring is finally here with the warming rays of the sun, the chirping of the birds and the smell of the blossoming plants.

Even if the pandemic has not yet come to an end, life feels a lot easier when you take a walk in the sun. Your soul begins to rave and to long for a vacation at the sea or in the mountains.

Personally, I was looking forward to spending time again in a coffeehouse, indoirs and outdoors. Unfortunately this has to wait, but sadly enough we are used to postponing plans nowadays - stay optimistic and persevere, that's the motto.

At least our parents are slowly being vaccinated. We can finally relax a little.

If it weren't for the existential fear.

For many of us, it's not just about the postponed plans, everything is at stake.

I can only recommend getting any help that is offered. Whether from family or friends or elsewhere.

Nobody has to be ashamed to ask for support. It's not your fault the pandemic hits you hard.

Anyone who is better off, can care for others. It's not always about material help, but simply about being available, lending an ear or giving a good advice.

I hope that we are all doing well or that we will be well again as soon as possible.

Don't forget: Yoga with its movement, deeply guided breathing exercises and meditation helps you feeling better and it is always there for you.

I wish all of us a happy spring with hope and renewed confidence in our hearts.

Take care of yourself,

Katrin
